Sole Source Synopsis - Scanna ScanX Scout MKII Portable X-Ray

This serves as a premliminary notice of Travis AFB's intent to sole source for a Scanna ScanX Scout MKII Portable X-Ray. Scanna is the only vendor with PSP (Phosphorus Sorage Plates) plates allowing for flexibility and zero dead space in x-rays that is also compatible with government controlled XTK software.
