Description
The Town of Los Gatos is seeking qualifications from experienced consulting firms to provide comprehensive Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and project management services in support of the Town’s ongoing investment in public infrastructure and community facilities. The selected consultant will support Town staff, providing professional engineering, project management, contract administration, and program delivery services to successfully plan, design, and implement a diverse portfolio of capital projects. The Town’s Capital Improvement Program includes transportation improvements, pavement rehabilitation, park and facility enhancements, accessibility improvements, stormwater projects, and other public works initiatives that support community priorities and long-term infrastructure sustainability. The consultant will assist with managing projects through all phases of delivery, including project planning, environmental review, design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction administration, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout. The Town seeks a highly qualified firm with demonstrated experience delivering municipal capital projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and effectively coordinating with public agencies, utility providers, contractors, consultants, elected officials, and community stakeholders. The selected consultant should possess strong technical expertise, proactive communication skills, and a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality service in a collaborative public-sector environment. This RFQ presents an opportunity for a consultant to play a key leadership role in advancing the Town’s infrastructure goals, enhancing public facilities, and supporting the successful delivery of projects that improve the quality of life for residents, businesses, and visitors.
