Art Engagement Services for Seniors and Adults with Disabilities The Department of Public Health (“City” or “DPH”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide art engagement services for seniors and adults with disabilities at Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (LHH).
