Description
The County of Solano, Department of General Services, Capital Projects Management (CPM) Division is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify and select qualified consulting firms to provide a range of on-call planning, environmental review, and technical support services on an as-needed basis. The purpose of this RFQ is to define the County's minimum requirements, solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ), and gain adequate information by which the County may evaluate the services offered by responding firms. The County seeks firms capable of supporting capital improvement projects and land use entitlement applications through services that may include California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, environmental review and documentation, hazardous materials testing and inspection, geotechnical support, and land use planning. Responding firms may respond to one or more service areas. Selected firms will enter into on-call master agreements and may be assigned work on a project-by-project or task-by-task basis. The County anticipates contracting with multiple firms for an initial three‑year term, with the option to extend up to a total of five years.
