Description
In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 (a) – The following should be published: August 17, 2026, through September 16, 2026 (30 days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System. PROPOSAL TO LEASE : The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Concession Agreement ADA-32563, consisting of 1,044 square feet in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Alclear, LLC dba CLEAR. PREMISES: Enrollment area pre-security (325 square feet), verification lanes (509 square feet), administrative room (194 square feet), and single eGate (16 square feet). TERM: Three (3) years, with two (2) additional one-year renewal options. PROPOSED LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent for the administrative room is $20,036.32 per year ($103.28 per square foot x 194 square feet). Concession fees apply to remaining spaces. AUTHORIZED USES: Expedited identity verification and passenger screening services, including customer enrollment and associated queuing equipment. This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but must be received before 4:00 P.M. on or before September 13, 2026 , after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Supplement.
