Ted Stevens International Airport - Proposal to Lease Security-Related Checkpoint Spaces in South Terminal for Concession Agreement (ADA-32563)

In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 (a) – The following should be published: August 17, 2026, through September 16, 2026 (30 days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System. PROPOSAL TO LEASE : The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Concession Agreement ADA-32563, consisting of 1,044 square feet in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Alclear, LLC dba CLEAR. PREMISES: Enrollment area pre-security (325 square feet), verification lanes (509 square feet), administrative room (194 square feet), and single eGate (16 square feet). TERM: Three (3) years, with two (2) additional one-year renewal options. PROPOSED LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent for the administrative room is $20,036.32 per year ($103.28 per square foot x 194 square feet). Concession fees apply to remaining spaces. AUTHORIZED USES: Expedited identity verification and passenger screening services, including customer enrollment and associated queuing equipment.
