ADA-72245 Proposal to Extend a State Airport Land Lease at Fort Yukon Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-72245 (Lot 1C, Block 1), consisting of approximately 23,395 square feet, at Fort Yukon Airport for an additional five (5) years. Applicant: Wright Air Service, LLC. Annual rent: $2,105.55 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: aeronautical – air taxi and charter services; warehouse; office space; aircraft tie-downs. This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 26, 2026, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
