Post Close Amendment to Solicitation 36C25626Q0696 The purpose of this Post Close Amendment is to revise the solicitation requirements and extend the closing date for receipt of quotes for Solicitation 36C25626Q0696. 1. Closing Date Extension The closing date for receipt of quotes is extended to 10:00 AM (CST), June 1, 2026. 2. Removal of Installation and Related Services All requirements pertaining to installation, setup, testing, and validation of the Advanced Instruments Osmo1 Single Sample Micro Osmometer are deleted in their entirety. All references to these services throughout the solicitation are removed. Offerors shall review the revised Statement of Work (SOW) for updated requirements. 3. Brand Name Requirement and OEM Authorization This procurement remains Brand Name Only for the Advanced Instruments Osmo1 Single Sample Micro Osmometer. Offerors must submit a current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) letter of authorization permitting the resale or distribution of the specified equipment. Failure to provide the required OEM authorization may result in the quote being deemed unacceptable. 5. All Other Terms and Conditions All other terms, conditions, and provisions of Solicitation 36C25626Q0696 remain unchanged and in full force.
